Last year we ran a very successful Reverse Advent Calendar campaign. This proved to be so successful that we were still receiving food parcels well into January.
The amazing number of parcels we received meant we ran out of storage space at the Youth Hall.
So, this year we thought we’d try something a little different.
What we would greatly appreciate is if we could receive some Christmas goody bags to give out to our clients before Christmas. You might want to consider a Twelve Days of Christmas theme, putting together a parcel that would include items like:
| Small Christmas pudding | Mince pies | Custard |
| Twiglets | Mini cheddars | Crisps |
| Christmas chocolates | Christmas biscuits | Mini marshmallows |
| Hot chocolate | Popcorn | Mystery item! |
We would love to receive your goody bags either on December 3rd or December 10th. You can either leave them at your usual food drop off point or at the Youth Hall. Please check that all donations are in date and do not wrap them too well as the Food Bank Team will need to check all items before we can distribute them.
The Food Bank will be open on Tuesday 3rd, Tuesday 10th and Tuesday 17th December and for a short time (10am – noon) on the morning of Christmas Eve.
